Data collected
The form collects name, email, optional phone number, country/location, area of interest, message, language, consent and submission time. We store internal case status, notes and follow-up date. Chat questions are handled on your device and are not sent as enquiries by chat alone. Technical access data arise when visiting the site.
Purpose and recipients
We use data to review and answer requests, contact you and coordinate a possible project. Enquiries are stored in the protected site database and a notification is emailed to g.bilen@gmx.net. Hosting and email providers process data technically. Sharing with specific project partners is discussed with you for a necessary next step. Form addresses are not used for newsletters without separate consent.
Client and project documents
A later mandate may require property, company, contract or identity documents. The data needed, recipients and secure transfer channel are agreed for each project. Please do not send such documents through the public form or chat. Only the authorised owner can access the protected enquiry inbox and internal notes.
Retention and transfers
We retain enquiries while needed for handling, possible cooperation or legal retention duties and regularly review open cases. Technical providers or future project partners may be outside Switzerland; specific sharing is clarified before a project proceeds.
