Provider and scope
Kervania is an initiative of Bilen Trust. These terms cover use of this website, the chat assistant and initial enquiries. A specific project requires a separate written agreement identifying the contracting party, services and terms.
Enquiries
Submitting a form or having an introductory call creates no mandate or payment obligation. We may assess or decline an enquiry and request further details. Listings, opportunities and availability remain non-binding until expressly confirmed.
Services
Depending on the project, we coordinate contacts and assess property, investment, sourcing and business opportunities. Brokerage, due diligence, legal, tax or financial advice, or procurement requires a separate agreement and qualified professionals where required. No outcome is guaranteed.
Fees
Commission, fees, expenses and any third-party participation are agreed individually in writing before paid work starts. An enquiry alone is free of charge.
Information and cooperation
Please provide accurate information and share only material you are entitled to disclose. Third-party offers and contacts may be used only for the agreed purpose. Parties assess applicable rules for cross-border projects case by case.
Website and communication
The chat assistant provides general preliminary information and cannot replace individual review. Written confirmations govern a specific project. Mandatory legal rights and liability remain unaffected. Changes to these terms do not retroactively affect separate existing contracts.
